Janet Baxter- A West Trenton native, she brings over 17 years of hands-on childcare experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree and has dedicated her career to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and shine. Janet has been deeply committed to early childhood development since her adolescent years and believes in building strong partnerships with families to support each child’s individual needs.
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.
